We have an opportunity with an immediate start, for a talented and highly motivated interior architect with five-plus years’ experience.
You will be required to be client-facing and provide detailed design documentation to the FF&E interior designers in order to design and manage luxury residential projects.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and you will initially be offered a 3-month contract, which will then be followed by a review and then the option for an extension or to go permanent.

Our World Top 100 Design House is looking for designers with 7 years+ experience in both luxury interior and interior architectural residential projects to allow us to provide our award-winning design services to clients across the UK. The ideal candidate is a confident, creative, self-motivated, and meticulous individual who is able to operate independently, represent the brand well, and act in a project management role.
Senior Interior Designer Responsibilities:
• This person should be able to collaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects.
• Liaise with clients and third parties directly, including on-site visits/management
• Responsible for material sourcing and specification, custom furniture design, visual research, furniture sourcing, in addition to maintaining budgets and project timelines.
• Prepare and develop presentations, drawings, models, mood boards and other concept material
• Creating project documentation including the submission of a full drawing set, specification writing, schedules, and construction administration and consultant coordination.
• Keep abreast of design trends.
Senior Interior Designer Requirements:
• Five or more years of experience in interior design and a degree from an accredited school
• Experience in Renovation, Refurbishment, and Restoration projects
• Experience in interior architectural design is advantageous
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Passion for design and an eye for detail
• Knowledge of the full design process including concept, schematic, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, procurement, and installation is preferred
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, 20/20, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the company
